Attendees grabbed a cup of coffee, enjoy a root beer float and browsed the exhibits just for men.
1:00 pm - "Don't Forget to Laugh - Bringing Humor to Stressful Situations" Susan Blakeslee, MA, LMHC shared ways to deal with stressors - riasing children, climbing the corporate ladder, losing our hair, the economy.
2:00 pm - Participants enjoyed meeting the 2004 NASCAR Goody's Dash Series Rookie of the Year - Robert Bruce and saw his car up-close and personal.
3:00 pm - COL Danny R. McKnight, USA (Ret.) shared his thoughts and reflections. On October 3, 1993, Task Force Ranger Col McKnight was involved in "America's most savage raid since the Vietnam War." The book and movie "Black Hawk Down" provided a riveting and realistic look at what soldiers do for each other and their country.
